As part of the University of Kentucky’s transition to a modernized SAP platform through Project RISE, all SAP systems will be unavailable from 6 p.m. Thursday, July 16, through 8 a.m. Monday, July 20. During the outage, campus and UK HealthCare employees should use this form to submit non-emergency facilities work requests. The form will also be available through the Facilities Management website's “Request Work” button and the work request link in myUK.
