Facilites Management Health and Safety is part of the University Occupational Health and Safety Department to provide a healthy and safe working environment for management, superintendents, supervisors, and employees within Facilities Management. Some of the areas of Health and Safety is providing assitance includes:

  • Compliance with Federal and State regulations;

  • Compliance with University health and safety policies;

  • Helping prepare programs on related subjects;

  • Maintaining records;

  • Health and Safety training new and existing employees;

  • Evaluating employee exposure to biological agents, such as mold;

  • Evaluating employee exposures to RF energy.
